Gold.com’s Spectrum Wine Acquires Wine Cellar Club, Expanding Storage Capacity to Approximately 125,000 Cases

COSTA MESA, Calif., Oct. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gold.com, Inc. (NYSE:GOLD) (“Gold.com” or the “Company”), a fully-integrated alternative assets platform offering an extensive range of precious metals, numismatic coins and collectibles, today announced that its majority owned subsidiary Spectrum Wine Auctions LLC (“Spectrum Wine”) has acquired Orange County, CA-based Wine Cellar Club (“WCC”).

Founded in 1992, WCC operates two climate-controlled facilities that permit collectors and investors to securely store wine. The acquisition expands Spectrum Wine’s wine storage capacity to approximately 1.5 million bottles (125,000 cases) across almost 75,000 square feet of facilities in Orange County and Hong Kong.

The transaction makes Spectrum Wine one of the largest operators of professionally managed wine-storage facilities in the United States and builds upon its 2025 acquisition of the Wine Exchange, a highly regarded Orange County retailer. Spectrum Wine operates retail stores in Newport Beach and Santa Ana, California, and offers auctions of highly sought-after wines via www.SpectrumWine.com.

“Wine Cellar Club is a strategic and highly complementary addition to our growing platform and we are excited to welcome the company and its valued customers to the Spectrum Wine family,” said Jason Boland, President of Spectrum Wine. “We look forward to preserving the personal service and community they value while offering access to Spectrum Wine’s global marketplace and deep product expertise.”
